My faux mince meltdown.
I thought i’d change my dinner routine, which usually consists of some form a legume stew or soup, or even a pasta/rice dish.
Mum bought me vegan mince. I have eaten faux meat before at a restaurant in NYC called ‘Blossoms’ (Absolutely amazing food, i recommend the locals and tourists to go) anyway..i loved it. I dined with two non vegans that night and they still rave about the restaurant (3 years later)
Tonight however, i learned pretty quickly that i am not a chef and i should leave the faux meat to the experts. I use to think i was a really good cook. Those sad realizations…
